One the WORST hotels I have ever stayed in. So dirty. Not taken care off and just disgusting. Please spend a bit more money and go somewhere else.

Good service from all staff (except kitchen).. Rooms are nice with cold AC and warm showers. . Pool was kinda dirty but probably from the current storms. Food was good for breakfast other than cold eggs (not sure how made to order eggs can get cold grill to table 🤔). Overall good location. Possibly would return next vacation.

friendly staff, good location, room not up to par, very small and bathroom without air circulation, cleaning only on request, very noisy air conditioning, no mini bar to have fresh water, with little more you can have a top class hotel higher and better

Family room was a decent size but all beds and little room to move around. The AC works great and froze my wife but I enjoyed it. The kids had a great time in the pool. The staff was excellent and very helpful and friendly. One thing to note, though the reservation said breakfast included it was only included for 5 of the 7 of us. No big deal for me as I don't want rice and eggs and don't really eat breakfast but if you have a large group make note of that.

I can't believe that there's a peaceful hotel like this within Puerto Princesa City. It's small but the place is perfect for guests that are looking for a peaceful ambience in their accommodation . We got here because we had an event, the hotel accommodated us, more than 50 pax. Their crew are kind and diligent in rendering their service. They served a nice breakfast too.

We were booked at Superior Room (₱2300) good for 5 persons (2 adults, 3 kids) with free breakfast for 3. The place is clean. The pool is nice (4' only). This is easy to find but you should have a vehicle service, if none, you have to walk a few meters to their place. Overall, this place is good for those who want to unwind without hearing much of the city noise.

Good place to stay for larger groups in a more quiet portion of PP. Parking is spacious. Room is ok, spacious enough for us 5. Friendly staff who helped book us a massage. Breakfast is included. Though they had to make special accommodations for vegans.

Need to be prepared for this if you want to stay here.. Pro 1. Clean room 2. Private location. Quiet and near Rbinsons Place Palawan Cons 1. Wifi connectivity issues (can't connect sometimes) 2. They dont have generator as back up power 3. Staffs are inconsistent. We asked our breakfast to be delibered in our room but the receptionist told us they don't have people to do it where in fact we saw staffs delivering food in rooms beside us.
